Tears Of The Sun=Best Cake Ever

Ok so Im addicted to all things lemon...i love lemon tarts, lemon bars, lemon jello, you know...the basics. It wasn't until I had a chance encounter with lemon cake that my world was changed...Ok so maybe that's a bit dramatic, but the truth is this cake is drama in frosting. The Tears Of The Sun cake at Karma Coffeehouse in Hollywood is probably the best cake I've ever had. Moist and fluffy cake with just the right amount of lemon flavor, topped with a rich lemon/white chocolate frosting that will make you cry. It's simply the greatest use of a lemon I have ever come across. Oh and the slices are huge, with a half slice being way more than enough to make even the bravest of sweet tooths bow down in awe.
